ok, I think it's time to update.
I really truly miss all the Bham peeps. Surprisingly, I am not terribly homesick. Just a little bit.I've been here a month, but it still feels like I am only here temporarily. Like I'll be going home soon and not coming back.
o well, Furman is a really awesome place! The cc team will have to come here next year! It's so so so so pretty around here. I dare say that I actually enjoy running around here. so yay for that. maybe there won't be the "freshman 15" for me!
classes are OK. I only have three of them. English 11, Math 13, and French 21. they're not especially hard classes, but they take a lot of time. that is why I haven't updated much lately.
I feel so cut off from the world b/c my cell phone doesn't get get very good service up here, my internet randomly stops working, and I don't even have a radio! argh. But these things will be fixed sometime soon.
OH, I'm coming home next weekend!!! I'll be home next Thursday through Sat or Sunday. yippee! Maybe I'll actually get some sleep. It stinks being such a light sleeper. And my hall is a "travel hall" so there's always ppl walkin through and they can be rather loud. argh. so I try to stay up late and do hw and then take naps during the day. I need more sleep....
oh, I so joined the club rugby team here for a week! haha. but then I decided it wasn't worth my time. Even tho I wanted to prove to everyone that I could do it.o well. It was fun while it lasted.
This weekend is family weekend, so my mom's comin up to see me! hooray. she can take me shopping and buy things. yay. boo budget and boo having no car. o well, I don't regret coming to Furman,but it does make life kinda hard.
