All I've ever wanted in life was the truth and a certain peace to penetrate the crazy thoughts that run through my head ever hour of the day. I've never quite known if other people feel the same way as me but I sense that in some way people do feel the way that I do as I close my eyes every night to fall asleep. So I feel that this unsaid kinship that we all have from the fact that we are looking for some sort of meaning and substance in our lives should cause us to want to help eachother. Never hindering, always looking forward as you feel that you are now. But I have one question. Why don't you want to look back? I must say that people don't always feel the way that I do. They are not always going to back you up and in any church that you walk into there are going to be people who lie, manipulate, and abuse you. Have you ever felt that you didn't have the wrong denomination but the wrong church? If you are looking for the truth... quiet yourself. It may not be in the walls of a church, it may be buried in your heart. Go with your first impression... it's what you really believe. Second guessing isn't a faith. The mormon chruch has rewritten its bible 300 times to meet the demands of the world and its members. Wouldn't they, if they wanted the truth, go with their first impression.

oh lady, its not that i'll never look back. i look back everyday and that helps me understand so many things i never understood before. im not forgetting my past. without knowing where i come from, i have nowhere to go forward to. cpc, my church ive recently left, is not an issue. cpc has been so great to me, but ive found something more complete. i dont really know what youre talking about for the bible rewriting thing.. mormons use the king james version and has been since the church started. its actually a little ironic that you say mormons have rewritten heir bible 300 times, because i look back at fcs or cpc and i used several different versions of the bible that distort everythings such as The Message, Good News Translation, NIV [this ones good], and the list goes on and on and on... the KJV has been used for so many centuries and not by mormons alone. i wish i could talk to you personally, so youre welcome to join tiff and bianca on monday when i hang out with them. this church has been one of the greatest blessing ive received in my life and i cant deny the truth and love within it from heavenly father. i hope i get to see you on monday!
