1) Eat 3 times a day
2) Don't eat past 7 at night
3) treadmill for 30 minutes every day followed by 400 crunches and pilates ab work
4) LOTS OF WATER (at least 16 oz)
5) LOTS OF DIET GREEN TEA

7) Weigh yourself everyday so you get inspired to keep losing
Breakfast:
Alternate your breakfasts. One of the best ways to stick with a diet is to vary it up. If you eat the same thing all the time you will get board and eventually binge on something. For breakfast I alternated between a few things. I ate either 90 calorie special K breakfast bars, One piece of fruit(apple, banana, or orange), 100 calorie nabisco snack pack, 1 cup of dry cereal (never a cereal that had over 100 cals per cup). So anyway, those offer you a large variety of foods that are low cal. Breaksfast is a must because it give you energy and starts your metabolism.

Lunch:
I alternate lunch ideas too. I have most of the same options as breakfast for lunch. If i have an apple for breakfast, I will have a 100 calorie snack pack for lunch, along with a lot of diet green tea. Sometimes I will get a freshens smoothies instead of an actual meal because they fill you up and they have they are delicious and they have metabolism boosters. They also have iron and all those elements you need to keep your body healthy and not shut down. With lunch I will usually have 1 cup of fruit trail mix. The nuts have a lot of protein, and the dried fruit is good for me because I tend to binge on sweet things, and I feel like my sweet cravings get met with the dried fruit because your brain thinks you are eating candy or something. It's very healthy and no more than 100 cals depending on what brand of trail mix you buy.

Dinner:
Either a small salad with vegtables only. No crackers. Fat free ranch, honeymustard, or vinegar and oil dressing. Other dressings are based in mayonaise and extremely fattening. Be careful not to go overboard with dressing. Sometimes I won't have any at all and just squeeze lemon juice on it. Salads are great because the possibilites and combinations are endless.
If I don't have a salad I will have raw uncooked vegtables(maybe 6 baby carrots, 2 slices of cucumber, 2 pieces of broccoli, 2 pieces of cauliflower, 2 cherry tomatos), 4 rits crackers and no more than 2 oz of plain tuna. If I'm doing really well I might get a vegetarian pita.

***I realize there are a lot of food groups I'm excluding, but I live in a dorm and in this cafeteria you never know what you are getting on something simple such as white rice...and they never have wheat bread. If you have access to healthy foods take advantage of them and intersperce them into your meals.
Light unbuttered popcorn makes a great snack if you need it.
fish is the best meat you can eat.
