its february already....crazy
ok so ya its february already, this year has gone by to fast already...
lets see did anything interesting happen during the week...
monday would be a no...just school and hw and swimming
tuesday well i swam, did hw, went to school, and then ran for the first time in 4 months, and i just have to say that it went really well considering...ran 5 km and felt fine, however wensday morning my legs hurt so much
wensday went well, we did a group painting project in art, so 9 of us worked on a picture of a face together and i do have to say i was quit impressed with how well 9 of us could work together on it...the face actaully looked real and 3D and we were just using black and w hite pait, and we ended up having some nice blending and shading and shit happening...our teacher was so impressed he took them and put them up in the hall way so everyone can walk by and see them, so that feels pretty cool to have some art i helped work on up in the hall way at school.
my english exam after that was gay, but i think i did fine on it. in the evening i worked on a group project which went well.
thursday morning i was to tired to get up and go swimming first thing in the morning so i decided to go at noon, and wel that was a great idea. susie and arele were there swimming, so it was my first time swimming with someone in like 3 weeks. school was pretty boring in the afternoon and then i went for another run with jen and kelly and haha we were all still sore, so we only ran about 3 km that night. later that night i went to go get a movie and i stayed and talked to shanna for about 20 minutes since no one was coming into the store, which was really nice. we've made some plans for this week coming up :)
friday was well my day from hell, lets put it that way. i started working at 9:30 in the morning in mission and ended at 9:15 in abbotsford. i worked 6 hours in mission, go to go home for 45 minutes and then worked 5 more hours in abby. it was such a long day, by the end of my shift in abby i was just sitting on the counter waiting till someone came up to my till and when one of the other works asked me if i wanted to go work on the liquor load i was just like uhmm no, you can do that. so obviously i did nothing but work friday. a few things work mentioning now that i think about it. in mission i had some guy that was talking to himself...like a full out conversation, he'd turn to his side and say something and then to teh other side and say something and ti was a full out argument and when i said high he didn't answer he just kept going at it...then he finaly noticed i wanted money gave it to me and then went back at it...and kept talking to himself as he left the store...it was kind of scary and funny at the same time. i also noticed with working at the two stores that abbotsford has a bunch of fucking snobs that wont talk to you. in mission when you ask people how they're doing almost everyone asnwers you and asks you how you're doing. in abbotsford only about 60% answer you and only like half of that 60% will ask how you're doing....i feel embarased to live in abby with these people that are too good to talk to a store clerk now.
yesterday (saturday, if you haven't been keeping track already) was pretty fun, screwed around lots in the morning, did some hw, did some eronds, went to one of my mom's friends places for dinner, then went to the bnl concert. i just have to say they're fucking amazing live, they're so not a band, they're entertainers. the did a half dozen songs from just stuff they noticed in the stadium or things going on in the city. like one time when they went to switch guiters it was a bold guy so they sang a song about bold guys, and hten they did a hockey song, and a song about the roof on bc place colapsing, they did a song about chip and dale (the chipmucks), then also did a little skit up on stage....which was pretty much them just running around pretending to beat each other up and then they had fake bottles and started smashing them on each other...so funny. lets see if i can recall some of their jokes...
ooh they were talking about taking the heli jet from victoria to vancouver becuase they didn't trust the bc farries since one sank last year and one crashed into the marinia.
they also made a comment about how they were glad that we've finally opened up stanley park to logging, it was a waste of trees.
they talked about how only vancouver would have a costco right across the street from two huge stadiums, but that was a good thing becuase costco sold teflon roofing to repair bc place and they used a nice 4 liter jar of mayonais to slide it into place.....it was fucking halarious
then during if i had a $1 000 000 they were talking about how they'd eat kraft dinner with smoked salmon and that was the offical meal of the 2010 olympics
they also made a joke about how they were planning on stealing part of the roof of gm place so that it didn't feel left out for bc place losing its roof
man i could keep going with all the funny shit the said, but i'll stop t here

as for today, i'm not sure whats all in store, ryan and alrene are coming over to watch the super bowl, other than that, i guess hw and i gotta make a few calls.
