Fatty Fat Fat Fat!

Obsessed with the idea of loosing weight atm.
I am a size 10 now, which does not sound like much but for someone who used to be a size 6-8 this feels enormous.
I have a little pot belly that pokes out even when I suck in and my arms have lost all signs of tone that they used to have.
So I am about 58kg now. Back when I was a size 6 which was 4 years ago I weighed about 45-50kg so I think I need to loose about 10kgs to be at my goal again.
Im a pretty teeny person, I am about 5 ft 2 so theoredically 58kg is probably too much for my BMI. I dunno I will check......

Ok so not overweight but nearly there, at the far end of the normal weight scale.
Not happy.
Was proud of myself when I bought a size 6 dress for saturday night that I could just squeeze into. Was not happy when I tried to put on a size 8 blazer today and couldn't get my fat arms in the sleeves :o(
I am taking action!
Starting TODAY, RIGHT NOW I am making the following changes:

- Firstly no more take away. No more dominos, Maccas and especially no more Wednesday night pizza night. The only take away that will be permitted will be Charcoal Chicken Salads, Sushi, Sashimi and Subway - basically anything cold and healthy.

- Kronic can only be smoked if I can learn to not eat whilst on it. Tips for this can be to only smoke AFTER dinner, chew gum or keep my hands busy or use just plain willpower. Its not that I am actually hungry when I smoke, its the sensation of taste that my brain seems to want.

- Alcohol one night a week, 2 tops if special occaision or if out of Kronic. This should be easy to do since I am not a big drinker anymore.

- Changes need to be made to the shopping (ie snacks and some meals). Less chips and choccy and more carrot sticks, hommus, light cheese spread and healthy crackers. For dinner, smaller portions and less carbs. As Brendon said today we should actually feel a little bit hungry after dinner, dinner should be a small meal.

Thankfully Brendon has agreed to help me and make some changes himself too as this will encourage me and I think doing it together could be fun. We have agreed that Wednesday pizza night will now be Sashimi night and we will mung out on a big portion of raw salmon with light soy to dip. YUM and so healthy! Maybe I can grab a seaweed salad to go with this so we get some vege count aswell....yummo!

Buying my lunch today at work. Am tempted to go the local cafe for a helping of greasy, cheesy carbonara but NO am determined to do this.. I cannot enjoy food without feeling guilty anymore I have to loose this weight first.
Today's lunch will consist of lots of water and a feast of prawn and vegetarian sushi. Was thinking subway but no, we have an awesome sushi place around the corner.
Yum really hungry now, 30 minutes and I can go get lunch. I try to not eat lunch until after 12.
