Has so far consisted of:
BREAKFAST:
Spinach & Feta Scroll
2 x cups of coffee with 1 sugar and either soy or skim milk.
LUNCH:
6 inch sub from subway on wheat bread that consisted of-
- veggie burger
- cheese
- lettuce
- tomatoe
- olives
- pineapple
- jalapenos
- sweet chilli sauce
- capsicum.
Also have drank nearly 600ml of water already
DINNER (I will be having):
Risotto with sundried tomato pesto, mushrooms and small amount of bacon.
