D-Day
Everything hurts.
Thanks to some dirty ***** I consumed over the weekend everything in my mind, body and soul aches today and despite still having plenty of stuff left over I have decided and discussed with Brendon that this is it for me for awhile.
This is the worst I've felt in a long time.
My muscles ache and are weak, I can barely keep my eyes open, my left hand is experiencing some issues with circulation and general pain in the wrist area*, Im coughing up blackish bile, Im having some difficulty breathing, my whole face and head hurt and I can barely open my mouth as my gums are so swollen from the mass picking and scratching session I indulged in aswell.
Going to stop having anything chemical for awhile and definately now getting on top of my Dermatillomania as the way I feel today, I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy!
It's only 11:30am now, the rest of the day is going to drag and as will I along with it. Just get through the next 5 or so hours as slow as I need to go and keep thinking of home and bed and the new plan to start respecting and taking care of myself!
