INDOLENCE!
Today was cruel to me.
But only because I started it.
Gaguhin mo ang mundo kapag seryoso ito, gagaguhin ka nito kapag nagseseryoso ka!
I was up until 3 am reading a classic novel - it's supposed to be terrifying but I just kept on laughing and laughing. I know, I am an idiot. Although there were a few instances when I screamed. Damn, that writer is effective. So, at 3 am, I've only read the first 6 pages of the hand-out and I had no desire to read further on. I slept and set the alarm to 5:30 am.
4 am, I was still awake. I couldn't sleep. I kept tossing and turning, trying to figure out how to sleep. Hmm... wonder why I didn't consider counting sheep. I set the alarm to 6:30 am.
4:45 am, eyes wide open. I set the alarm to 7: 30 am.
Finally fell asleep.
I woke up at 9 am but I was in no mood to study yet. I decided to skip Bio 150 - haha. Who cares? I bet no one noticed. I was fully up by 11 am, I ate breakfast, took a bath and resumed reading the hand-out at 11: 30 am.
The exam was TIRING - for the mind. I kept on glancing at my watch, hoping that it would be 4 pm already so that I can submit the blue book. That subject always makes me feel like an idiot, lec or lab, choose whichever. The last question: I understood part of it differently so I wrote some weird answers there. These are the types that make you go... OMGWTFIamsostupidwhydidIwritethat?... later on. God, I wonder how I'm ever going to face my professor again. She must be thinking, "oh my, what a stupid girl, too bad since she's so cute." Haha, kidding about the last part.
Jeepney rides suck most of the time.
Today wasn't any different. There was this woman staring at me.
Hello lady, it's rude to stare.
I stared back, daring her to keep gawking. She didn't budge. She just kept on looking at me.
Um, is there something wrong with my face?
I don't even know her so it's not possible that she might have recognized me from somewhere.
Last week, I was wearing open footwear. For the first time since the Egyptians built pyramids. On that very day, as I was about to ride a jeepney, a man spit on my left foot. Disgusting!! I spent 20 minutes cleaning that toe when I got home.
