I just returned from my venture north seeing my parents in Michigans' Upper Peninsula. It's like going back in time 20 years, that place. I love it.
On the good news front, I was just awarded a $5,000 scholarship for grad school from a radio foundation according to a letter I received in the mail upon my return this afternoon. Money is pretty cool.
