For the Air Force, it sounds like you should be fine if you keep your weight where it is, or you could change your diet a bit and lose a few pounds if you want.
The standards are different for each branch, but for Air Force, the Basic Military Training final PFT requirements when I was in was 11:57 mile and a half run, 45 pushups, and 50 situps for males. You have six and a half weeks to meet those standards, but it's a lot easier if you can meet them when you show up, yaknowwhatImean?
They might have changed that for BMT, it's been a year snice I was there. Of course, you want to train past what you're required to do. They typically have us run two miles at PT (this way your body isn't ready to quit before you finish your mile and a half when you eval).

What should my weight goal be going in? I'm the tiniest bit over 6' and I weigh 190lbs.
Also, what are some of the endurance limits I need to be able to reach with regards to different PT?
