Anyone at the clinic, I'm on my way there now, but I was just curious. Do you mind if I come and get some bandages?

Cao Cao is old and hurt himself sparring with this young guy but is too worn out to walk down here himself. So if you don't mind I'll just take a little bit and patch him up nice and good! Is that okay?

Well, sometimes people get a bit rough during practice. Or they're just out of practice and end up straining themselves in a strange way. I knew a few strong elderly people.

Not saying, Cao Cao isn't strong. He's gotta be to be the leader of a clan. Especially one like Wei. He's tough, just... old.

Like you said, he probably just strained himself cause of it. He's just bent out of shape cause I pick on him. Not like he doesn't say things about me...

Is Cao Cao a nickname or something? I knew a martial artist who had repeating names like that, but only his student called him that.

Don't worry about it! You didn't say anything bad anyway. Unlike certain grumpy Wei lords, I'm not going to get all upset over it.

Nope! It's his name. His father just happened to give him his family name twice. Kinda. Like with my name, Sun Ce, Sun is my family name. But my full name is Sun Ce. So Cao is Cao Cao's family name... his father just couldn't think of anything more fitting than Cao for his given name I guess?

So Cao Cao it is! But I just call him Mengde. That's more a nickname I guess? We get special names when we reach a certain age, like um... a coming of age thing! Like I'm Bofu! Does that all make sense?

Where I'm from... unless you're from an important family, people don't get a second name like that.

But, why is the family name first? My friend Tir's family name is McDohl. And Jowy's is... well... it was Atridies.

We are pretty important, but that's not why we have two names. I'm the leader of Wu and Cao Cao is the leader of Wei, but everyone has two even if they aren't important.

Guess it's different depending on were you come from?

Not crazy! You just didn't know. I don't know a lot of things about this place or people. Just ask! They might laugh but so what. At least in the end you learn something right?
