Well hello
This week has been pretty hectic....
The highlight was the Yellowcard concert on tuesday...ahhhh so good!
So yes, me, tam and kathleen went down and got to the kool haus at around 5:30 ish, so we waited in this huge line, and i bought a hot dog (street hot dogs always taste best) and when we got in i decided to invest in a yellowcard hoodie for $40 which wasnt too bad considering t-shirts were $30. so yes, the concert started around 7:00 with 3 opening acts, the starting line, the matches and some other band. Yellowcard didnt come on until about 9:30, and at that point we were RIGHT at the front of the stage, literally....i have pics to prove :) and yess...the only thing is that when your at the front, people just keep pushing and pushing, so about half way throughout Yellowcards performance i nearly passed out, so i got out of the crowd and bought water to drink....for 4 fucking dollarsss....ughhhhhh....and yes...they sang "only one" so well...and yes they are a real band that doesnt need any enhancements to make them sound good....they are naturally awesome. After the concert, we met the guitarist of Yellowcard; took a pic with him and got his autograph....i saw the backstage door open and Ryan (lead singer) was like right there....ahhh i wish we got his or the violinists autograph! that would be so cool. Anyways, we got home late...around 1 am...and then i was so tired the next day...ahhh
Tonite i went to the mall and looked for a winter jacket...yes i saw a nice beige one at west 49 and they have this thing where if you bring in your old winter jacket, they will take 30 bucks off your purchase...thats quite cool. ummm yess...a funny thing happened..my sister got her ears pierced (second hole)and i guess shes sensitive to needles and whatnot, so she like fainted and threw up....it was quite interesting....like the women that worked there must have been so disgusted....lol....
anyways i have to work tomorrow and sunday and SUCCESS im actually getting how to play American Idiot!!!!!!!!!!!! wooooo....thats exciting..
