More Crutchblongomastic News - Has nothing to do with Broken Controllers
So in my last entry I commented on how Google already has a hit for the word crutchblongomastic, which frightened me. My next somewhat disturbing bit of knowledge came when I pulled the same search not long ago to see if it was still there, and sure enough there were links to my LJ entries using the word. There was also a like to a site called brokencontrollers.com which, from the google search description, seemed to have my exact "Google Frighens Me" entry on it. I didn't click on the website itself because...well lets face it you don't know what kind of trouble you can click yourself into if you surf the internet irresponsibly, but the point is I've never clicked on or created any articles for any site called brokencontrollers.com, I have no connection with brokencontrollers.com and, as if this needed to be said, I recommend that
NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO TO BROKENCONTROLLERS.COM.
I'm not sure what kind of scam they're running over there, but I'm absolutely certain that it is some kind of scam opperation. Don't click on it, don't click on it, don't click on it, and just to be sure we're entirely clear on the subject DON'T CLICK ON IT.
