"Sweet boy, come in
I am the dark side of you
Die for my sins
Like the One once did"
I watched the End of Innocence DVD today. It was good, it was the first time I watched Nightwish live. There was one thing who disturbed me though... The scariest member is the singer, Tarja. She's the kind of woman someone could try to steal her purse and end up with his neck broken. Man, she's tallest and more muscular than anyone in the group. And we're talking about a metal band. o.o She's not lady-like at all...
Why everyone is so jumpy at labelling everything as a terrorist group? I found it funny when Aristide in a pathetic move, called the rebels, "terrorists", to try to get the favor of America. Everything is just perception. And its diffusion. The "Patriotes" from the 1800 in quebec who fought britishs could be labelled terrorists if we could put them in today context. So the frenchs who burned down and killed everthing linked to monarchy and nobility before and after the La Révolution Française. So could be called the americans who burned ships and killed british soldiers and loyalists before the Independancy. Lenine and his followers... No... lol. I won't shake up everyone democratic opinions. I'll take up democracy anothe time. All those groups are now legends and got recognizeship. Now, let's suppose the Basque area gets his own independancy today and become a country. Give them 50 years and ETA would be considered as heroes and patriots. Same thing for the Hammas. If Israel and its allies give them their own territories, who palestinians will praise? Americans? No. French? No. Isrealies? No. They will praise their own heroes. Now again, let's suppose something which won't happen. Let's suppose Palestine get the #1 power in the world. Then, their influence in the world would make the Hammas globally well seen. Anyway, if only everyone could have the education and the ability to think by themselves... It would be... Yeah. It would be utopic. Now, please don't think idioticly (because I know most will do) that I support terrorists groups because I don't. I'm saying something different and maybe you can't get it. And please, don't write something like: "if people die, it's bad". History show that no major change, positive or negative, happened without some ..."casualties". A greater good for a lesser pain.
I'm writing this because I've read an incredible amount of idioticities (does it exist? if not, it exist now) on a board. Too much closed spirits together in one place is always dangerous when they have the full power. And the second reason is that I got another "interesting" argument with my parents about rationnality. :p They are really dumb. Especially when they can't even find words to justify themselves. Man, sometime I feel like King Salomon is trying to take control of my mind.
And I got another date for tomorrow night. I hope it will be as much interesting as last week. :D
