A Quickie For Ya'll
Things have been going really really well lately. Everything but the work aspect. I say this, because I don't really enjoy working at the University of Chicago. It's a research oriented place (it is a university, so of course), which also means that people there care very little for their patients, which irritates and pisses me off when I see them being sort of neglected or treated like second class citizens. Look, you're in med school, I get it. Now quit being pompous assholes and help your fucking patients! They're relying on you for fuck's sake.
Anyways...
Chrissy's unofficially moved in now. Space is tight, but it's working out alright. Her and Mike are getting along rather well, which is a relief if you ask me. Her and I are getting along great so far, and today we're going to visit my parents and spend some quality time with our puppy. I don't think she's seen Eva in months, so this will be good for her :) On another note, this weekend we're going to this kick ass rockfest this weekend featuring A Dog and Everything. It's going to be awesome, and it's only $12 for 8 bands, so how could you not like that!?
Anywho, I'm going to go back to the work hunting grind upon my return, as University of Chicago is giving me so few shifts that making rent/bills is going to be hard this month. So wish me luck, hope you all have a great weekend.
