Doctor Who: The Impossible Astronaut
I think I'd call that the best Doctor Who series opener yet. Not kidding.
THOSE ALIENS FREAK ME OUT. POSSIBLY MORE THAN THE ANGELS, OH MY GOD. They make you forget them, that's worse than having to look at them or they'll send you back in time/kill you and rip out your spine. D: D: D:
No, really. I honestly think they're worse than the angels, because they could be right there and you would have known but the moment you look away you don't any more. That thought kind of makes me want to cry.
Ice_Elf -- You were so almost right about the Easter thing! I could think of nothing else when there was the shooty scene. Well, that and "Oh God no no no no way they literally can't we'd have heard! Matt Smith isn't leaving?!" I wish I'd been there with you to see your face. :P
Uh. That's kind of my entire reaction at the moment. I think I need another watching to say anything coherent, to be honest. I mean just -
And then there was Confidential. Apparently, that really was the Doctor. He really did die. And River says they have to let it happen because it's already happened. UHM. So does that mean that when Matt Smith is done, we're ... done?

In other news: River is still awesome. In fact, moreso than ever. :)
But Rory is still my favourite.
Amy is pregnant. Huh, saw that coming. :P You cannot surprise me, Moff. (I thought it'd be later in the series, but the 'I feel sick, where's the bathroom' thing tipped me off that maybe she was. Well, except that River then said the same thing later, possibly upon re-seeing the Forgetting Aliens, which would make sense ...) I wonder, though, does Rory know yet? I'd hope so. :S
