I'm back in Durhamland. It's currently cold and foggy. (The fog has literally rolled in over the past hour. At least the frost has gone now, though.) The lake is frozen! And there was a massive, massive snow-pile on the far side, but it's melting now so it's less impressive

I feel proud - I've read that one :D 'tis excellent. Have you read anything by Erya? She's on Whofic. Lots of angst and crack, mostly Master/Doctor :D I created a Master/Doctor lj community a few months ago here (http://community.livejournal.com/runredgrass) which has thus far been woefully inactive, so if you feel like posting anything, please do! Now, enough of my shameless plugging... I'd best get back to writing. Merlin, Harry Potter or Doctor Who, that's the question...

Yay! I'm so glad I'm not the only one to have thoroughly enjoyed it. :D

I don't think I have read Erya's stuff, no. I'll have to check her stuff out. (You couldn't give me a link to this Whofic place, could you? I haven't heard of it before now. Tragic, I know.)

I shall join posthaste! I have a grand total of one Doctor/Master fic. And it's not even properly Doctor/Master. (It's NC-17 and I think of it as my magnum opus of porn. XD) So long as you don't mind me reposting fic written at the end of S3, I'll gladly put it up there!

Thank you! Oh, I had no idea that Teaspoon was the same place as Whofic - I have heard of it (see, I don't live under a rock!), just ... not as Whofic. XD

Small, inclusive communities are better than big, sprawling ones, a lot of the time. :) They're friendlier, and you get more responses to posts, I find.

I'll check out Erya's fics (especially the ones you recommended) as soon as I actually have a bit of free time. *is drowning a bit under The Degree at the moment* Thanks for the link and recs.!

Re: Icons - Yeah, I saw this one and just had to have it. <3 I love Doctor Who, and I love The Princess Bride, and that is totally what I was thinking during that scene anyway. :P
