Right. So. I'm going to be catching my first train back to Durham in ... about an hour. (BOO!) I'll be back there at five-ish. Blegh, can't be arsed. Well. At least it gives me plenty of time for reading and writing, which is A Good Thing.
Reading week has been ... a mixed success. I've made a dent in the reading I have to do, but I've by no means done it all. I think I should be able to keep my head above water, though, which is good. :) Less stress for me~! However, my Old English exam on the 18th March is suddenly very, very close and very, very scary-looking. *wibbles a bit* I wish I'd had more time to revise for it this week ...
... but then my one weakness (The Sims 2) kicked in - although not with as much wallop as it usually does - and I was a bit lost for a couple of days. I did read stuff while it was loading, though! (My Legacy family is love. The kids are so damned ugly, but I love them all. ^^ It's refreshing to play with no cheats ... an yet still have $130,000. :P Yay for marrying a rich Athletic-career-track NPC. Hehe.) *ahem* Not that anyone cares about my Sims.
Oh, and I signed up for the Merlin Big Bang challenge over at
boxofmagic. I'm going to try for Section 4, which means 35K+ before July 6th. At the moment? I'm not sure I can make my plot stretch that far - but I think I can get more than 15K out of it, which is pretty epic my my fic standards. So.
Wish me luck on that, flist - I think I'm going to need it! :S
