-an adorable little bedraggled doggie staring up at me with sad eyes tied to a pole in the rain that i almost untied and took with me
-a homeless woman digging through a garbage can next to her shopping cart that had a pile of cans and her little 4-yr old daughter holding her teddy bear [ive seen them twice]
-a 5-yr old girl riding the subway alone
