the greatest tragedy of our generation

Oct 19, 2005 22:20

tipper and i just broke into tears talking about how the LAST EVER DISNEY ANIMATED MOVIE is coming out this year....the magic will be gone! we were talking about how disney made our childoods and therefore shaped the people we are today.
we learned everything from the disney classics: morality, justice, kindness, lessons about being nice to animals [all], about prejudice[fox and the hound, pocahontas], about being nice to everyone evven/especialy when they have no one else to be nice to them [dumbo]. they inspired us to be better people and gave us the hope that the world could become a better place.
the next generation of children will never know the magic of a disney childhood. they wont look forward to "the next disney musical!!!!" they'll just shrug it off...eh, another computer-animated comedy movie.

what will become of us? walt disney, thank you....i hope one day your magical kingdom of happiness can be restored to its golden state. i am sorry for how michael eisner has defiled your noble memory. until then, you will live on in our hearts forever.
