The aged croupier makes me think “Weimar decadence” She was a great touch! ...but yes, they could have done a lot for the atmosphere by simply dimming the lights... (On a side note, I'm amused that the Liberator males appear to be the only ones in the entire establishment not to have bothered with the fancy dress thing - and nobody seems to notice. *g*)
Servalan seems to prioritise destroying Krantor Hm, yes I got that that was her primary objective (strange as it seems) but not why she would bother to spare Docholli in the event that Krantor doesn't get Travis first - once they've discovered the un-primed bomb, surely that plan has failed, as Krantor will no longer have to kill Travis to protect Docholli, and it will at the very least have warned Krantor that there's something very fishy going on... Aargh!
I've realised that I don't actually understand the bit about the brain prints Me neither! What is that even? Apparently it's possible to tell the location of Star One from it, if the person it belongs to knew it... I suppose the copy was made either as an act of rebellion after waking to the true horror of what the regime had made them do to people, or maybe to be sold/bartered with, or perhaps it could work as a "back-up", if he got mind-wiped later on?
