Yesterday at my workplace, I logged a helpdesk call.
Just then, a helpdesk staff-member contacted me via my company's internal chat tool and opened with a polite greeting.
He didn't say "Hello, Darren" of "Hi, Darren", though - he said "Hai, Darren" (and, no, he's not Japanese).
That made me laugh, and I briefly considered responding with "OH HAI! Can has support please?"
Fortunately, I didn't - because if I had, he may have retorted with "O'RLY" and cancelled my call.
