Updating my meme; nothing much to see here, folks.

Jan 22, 2008 02:13

If you like, I did try a WR slideshow. Music protection is a pain, just so you know. Bleach Exile has also started loading the related manga, though I'm glad to have my own copy. You get what you pay for, translationwise.

The interests meme's coming around again, thanks to catus_wren.

Okay, so maybe there's a lot. )

wolf's rain, art, quiz, fic, lotr

You have very pretty interests. :D As for characters: Imrahil!

1. To sum up the Essay of Doom over at Discuss_realm, his optimism, much like his nephew Faramir, allows him to see the best parts of a bad situation.
2. More screentime, please.
3. I know there's a wife in there someplace, although she's offstage... There was also a discussion at SPCD that turned into my own personal How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Ho!yay with Denethor. ;P
4. Imrahil/Kaylee: OMGtheVerseisgoingtoexplodefromtheirloveofeverything!
5. I swear, if I see any pairings with Finduilas or her sons, there is going to be some deep hurting going on.
6. "Float On" by Modest Mouse
7. "Silver on the Shore"
8. What would have happened if those black sails hadn't been a trick.
9. Boating accident, most likely.
10. Yes,yes, and yes.

*lol* at number four, not that it'd be a bad way to go... should I ask for fic? Reading this about Imrahil has got him pestering me again, although my creative juices are sadly stagnating right now. Fic exchange, maybe?

I'm up for an exchange, although getting Imrahil and Kaylee together would severely stretch my crackbunnies, and that's with an unfinshed LotR/Firefly crossover I'm trying to retype from memory...

Would that be Man And Sin Have The Same Ending? I'm running out of Firefly crossovers to read, since The Man With No Name finished... *sniff*

Yeah; I've still got the outline and selected lines, at least. It's, in the words of Jimmy Stewart, just getting there that one ought to take pride in if one can.

"The Man With No Name"/"A Life Less Extraordinary" is awesome. On one hand, it's a shame it's over, but it leaves a nice triumphant closure, unlike most of my sorry excuses for novellas...

Yeah, mine too. Open endings are too much fun. I find that crossovers are too much work, but I have the Firefly muses pestering me to actually write that crackfic idea about a hallucinogenic spider...

Hallucinogenic spider? Now I'm picturing the deadly horror Fezzik and Inigo Montoya barely avoided, although I suppose that'd be a different sort of poison...
