aaaah so happy you picked this prompt!! wow this is really interesting, i like what you made of the premise - that it happens to many people, the hospitals and having to keep it a secret. there was something delicious sinister about the secret part, with the "You know you're going to have to be him if you want to stay as a doctor here" and the "I have to be with you, I will be found out if we break up."

i really like how you worked with the differences between the different versions of them, both the names (although it took me a moment to notice lol) and stuff like the teeth and the confidence. also He was a lot of things that Baro had wished Dongwoo had been, but just that fact made him dislike it. is wow such a great line bec it felt so real, like that's exactly what would happen in a situation like this. also really liked Shinwoo looked at him with eyes that were the same as Dongwoo's bec it felt so strong, rly illustrated this whole theme of them looking exactly the same but there's still a difference between them, that maybe can be hard to pinpoint but still so very much there. then the whole part with he had to keep going as if nothing was wrong because if he didn't he’d lose any glimpse of Dongwoo sort of broke my heart ughhhhh ;;;; but it doesn't work bec it's still not him and he's still losing him every single day i'm like ;;;;;;;; also it's interesting to think of it not only from the other person's point of view, but also what it's like for the person who was changed. Baro cried, but not for loss of love, but out of guilt. and he sat by the bath crying, crying as Dongwoo would have done for Baro illustrated this so nicely. ;;
