(no subject)
So I'm tuning in to the latest nutty post from John F Winston crossposted into alt.religion.kibology ... he's usually good for channelled conversations with aliens, updates on the end of the world as we know it, and so on, but this one had a quick piece of minor holocaust revision and a link to an Australian page that I found quite ... interesting: www.gaiaguys.net. The crap layout and HTML reminded me of the Raymond Hoser stuff I read a while ago ... but the compulsory original german version of texts, being sued for defamation by the Ordo Templi Orientis Australia (I didn't know we had a local chapter), and ... ahh it's all a 'bit nutty', as Austin Powers might say ... all this, and their paranoia and wild accusations, reminded me of the last time I tried to read The Illuminatus! Trilogy, in particular the parts that outline how this social group is controlled by that group, who in turn are in violent conflict with a third group, and so on and so forth and so fifth fnord. Everything's under Control, for the time being. But in the mean time we have a major tsunami catastrophe (French website, the tsunami's supposed to hit the east coast of the US, yay! They also scribble convicingly on maps with textas. I'm so there.) to look forward to at the end of the month, depending on who you ask ... and from then on it all looks a bit quiet until 2012, right?
