looking at floor plans makes me excited :)
I've had my eye on Element ever since I heard about it last year :) but Verve will do just as well I guess. And if anything Grand Triomphe or Accolade more north of the core will too (though I like Element and Verve's floor plans more).
Sighh... if my parents bought me a condo/flat of my liking to live in... talk about a huge guilt trip to keep me close by xD
