House
So I made an offer on the house I posted about a couple days ago. they asked for 165, I countered with 150. they countered with 163 and I countered with 159, they accepted and now I have 10 days to determine whether or not I want to buy the house. I have an appointment with a inspector next week to check it out and my brother is going to check into it tomorrow. Kinda scary and kinda fun. I am excited to see how this ends up and to have a place to myself.
