discussed global warming and apparently has taken a lot of criticism over it, none of which I've seen are reasonable.
He argues that to suggest that global warming is bad requires the assumption that we're in an optimum environment as it is... which we have no way of knowing. He's right
A reasonable counter might be that global climate change maybe for better or worse, but what we must prevent is runnaway climate change where global warming begets further global warming... that would be a bad thing, but I haven't seen this brought up yet.
