Caller: Is Kasper Lodge open?
Me: No, it's closed for the holiday
Caller: I thought it was supposed to be open till 10 every night (which isn't true anyway)
Me: It would normally still be open, but it's Thanksgiving Day, so it's closed
*pause*
Caller: Are you looking up something? Is that what's going on?
Me: No. The man who works there was given Thanksgiving off. Kasper Lodge is closed
Caller: *groan* And you're Patty, right? Alright, I'll give John (the general manager) a call tomorrow and find out what the problem is.
THERE IS NO FREAKING PROBLEM! IT'S CLOSED!!
