What you say is important to you is a whole lot different than what looks important to you, based on your actions. Much of what you do doesn't seem to further your supposed higher agenda (and frequently runs counter to it). List the top seven things that matter to you. Be specific (don't just say "My lover," but perhaps "Adding to my lover's happiness, well-being, and success"). Then make a list of exactly how you spend your time and energy. Do the lists align? For instance, if "Getting laid frequently" is on your Top 7 list, "Going to the gym" in most cases ought to be right up there on the other list. If they don't match up, don't you think you ought to adjust one list or the other until they do?
