Vegan

I'm a vegan for the next week or so (possibly longer if I like it), but whenever people find out, they launch into their tiresome rhetoric of how unhealthy I must be. "But humans need meat," they insist. "You're putting yourself at risk for future health issues!" they'll press. After a group discussion of my eating habits, and exactly what I've been putting into my body for the last few days, and unwanted intrusion into my personal life, they will proclaim me absolutely wrong and damning myself to a life of health issues, and millions of dollars in hospital bills when this finally comes to frutation.
Then they will shovel a big mac into their gullets. Because of the inifinite nutritional value (I mean, people, it has protein!), they are healthy. Wow.
You know, I couldn't care less what you eat. That's what my life is based on: I don't care what you do as long as you're not hurting yourself or other people (though one could argue that habitual eating of fast food is harmful to oneself, but whatever). However, I reserve the right to judge anyone who decides to lecture me about how awfully I'm treating my body.
The most unhealthy thing I've eaten is probably my vegan cookie (notice it isn't plural), which is made with tofu protein and unsweetened chocolate. Mostly, I eat fresh fruits and vegetables, whole wheat bread, and tofu. If someone can make a sound arguement as to why meat is important, than go ahead. But "Humans NEED meat" is just pathetic. I get plenty of protien (and less saturated fat)) from tofu.
When I'm alive at 40, with unclogged arteries, then people will see.
