WEEKEND!!!!!!!
I am so happy that the weekend is finally here! I slept in this morning! Hooray!
So after rehersal yesterday, 5/8ths of The Mousetrap cast gathered in my room - me, bunkmate, Christine, Steph and Joe Knipper. We had a lot of fun, especially playing Apples to Apples and watching Whose Line. It felt really good to forget about shit and have fun for once.
So I just have to describe this one round of the game. Christine was the judge and put down the word "insulting." I decided to finally use the card that I'd been dying to use. Steph and Aimee put down their cards, and Christine shuffles and reads them. She gets to mine:
"Insulting: SCHINDLER'S LIST?!?!?"
I burst out laughing. The other three were appalled, but not surprised when they found out it was my card. "How could you do that?" they said. And I kept on laughing. I'm going to Hell for sure.
So this weekend I have a Humanities paper that I'd like to at least start so I'm not doing it all Tuesday night, and I'll finally do my Writing Assistance at the ARC. But I also hope that I'll be able to have fun. It's quite a nice thing to have.
