The perfect week to start this
So I actually did something interesting for this week of newly resolved posting!
Yesterday my friend Chad said he wanted to go on an adventure. Naturally I accepted the invitation even though we weren't sure what we'd be doing. He got delayed so by the time he and Fab picked me up, we planned to just hang at his apartment. We stopped by a supermarket on the way there to get something for Fab to drink (all Chad had was Coke and she doesn't drink Coke). While we were going up and down the aisles we, of course, noticed the cheap and weird toys they have in supermarkets, and that's when our plans came to fruition!
Fab loves to make videos and montages, and she decided that she wanted to make a short film. The cheapo toys served as good inspiraiton. So we bought a little squirt gun and some weird stretchy sticky rope things and discussed the plot on the car ride.
Four hours later we had all the footage we neede for a movie a.k.a. MY FIRST FILMED ROLE!!!
Fab needs to edit it and put in sound effects, music and special effects and whatnot, but I promise that I will post it here when it is finished so you can see my BRILLIANT ACTING (and how the opposite of skinny I am).
I don't want to give much away (as if you're expecting cinematic brilliance here *eyeroll*), but we had lots of fun making it and it is definitely something just fun and silly. Though Fab was the director, the three of us pretty much collabed on everything from the lines to the camera work. So it was quick, fun, and it was great to act again. Good times. ^^
