It's just today...

A good day often is appreciating the small things.

I saw a KICKASS thing happen today. I was driving to my friend's house in the country, and the car in front of me pulled off the road. As I got closer, I saw why: a turtle was crossing the road. The lady got out, picked up Mr. Turtle and took him to the other side. That was awesome.

Then at Wal-Mart I got to see the LONGEST line of carts I have ever seen. These two guys were pushing them inside... I'd say it was at least 100 feet of carts. I wanted to cheer them on or something.

We went to Arby's and everyone was really nice. Almost eerily nice. We got the new Gyros, they were good. Not as good as say, Greek take out gyros, but hey, not bad. Oh, and I rang the Arby's bell on the way out.

We went to an auto parts store, and Portia bought me a repair manual for my Mustang. I have been waiting years for them to make one for the 99. That rocked. I was happy. I almost want to frame it.

We went back to the house and watched the end of Addams Family Values while listening to my Dance Mix CD I made. I wanted her to hear the techno version of Phantom of the Opera.

Here Lies Debbie. Wife and Psycho.

Then I brought my Apples to Apples game to Chris' house. But we didn't play it. We talked about Hollywood, gaming, and then watched The Legend of Zorro. A good swordplay movie.

Soon, I'll have some of my DiGiorno pizza I put in the oven, perhaps call a pretty girl, and even watch some anime before sleeping. Is it not a good day?

Thank God for good days.
