Birthday...a week early!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, Amazing Boyfriend (after this referred to as "Clint") asks me "What do you want for your birthday?" Being a girl...shiny things with glittery stones are always good (see previous Christmas gift post), but I'm open to lots of ideas.
He starts naming off several events he'd considered getting tickets to and one of them was....Denis Leary. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The third person in my triumvirate of "Comedians I MUST see". I saw George Carlin 8 or 9 years ago in Chicago, Eddie Izzard last spring and Denis Leary was the last one I hadn't gotten to yet.
Checked on line and sure enough, Nokia Theater on April 9th. And I now have SWEET 18th row tickets to see him.
So even though the show is late enough I should have gotten the tickets for Clint for his birthday (the show is 2 days before his big day) its the best present I could get.
