Wow...that is alot of textures. Cool tutorial - I have some manga pics I've been meaning to maek into icons, and this'll help too. Saving to mems to credit, after I go texture-hunting. ^^;

Oooh, very nice!

Yeah, it does use a lot of textures...usually I don't use them much myself, I was just experimenting around, and I've found they're very useful for coloring manga images :)

What would Selective Color be equivilant to in PSP do you think?

You can usually recreate an effect similar to Selective Coloring by using Hue and Saturation. I'm not sure if in PSP you can do adjustment layers, like in PS, but if you can, try layering together a couple hue/saturation layers. Color Balance also will help in trying to get the same effect.

Also, the Retouch tool can do stuff like that, I think...I'm not sure on that one though as I haven't used PSP in a few years.

Thanks. I figured out another way to do it. Color Balance adujustment layers give an effect almost exact.
