I am officially a horrible geek. Monday's XKCD
http://xkcd.com/446/ (An amazing webcomic that I usually thoroughly enjoy) was conceptually funny, but I couldn't fully enjoy it. Why? It contained the following sentence:
"In Episode 7 of Firefly, "Jaynestown," Jayne is given a wooden rain stick by a villager."
I read this and went "But, Jayne is given a rain stick by a villager in "Our Mrs Reynolds"! Which is episode 3. And Jaynestown isn't even episode 7, it's episode 4!" And then I was disappointed that Randall Munroe would make such an error.
EDIT: Thanks to Em for pointing out my own error in the post above. Jaynestown is indeed episode 7. Our Mrs Reynolds is episode 6. This is what I get for looking at a list of episodes by original air date as opposed to by proper order (IMDb, you have failed me). Actually, now that I look at that list, they were aired in a very strange order. I guess I lose some of my own geek cred for that. However, it is still the incorrect episode, so Randall does as well.
