The SCA: What Is It?
Stitch School. Handy, now that I'm doing needlework even more. (But I still need to finish those cross-stitch projects too.
Stuff I want to spend money on (but can't just now cause I'm poor and got bills):
DVDs of Superhero movies (all of them, except, obviously, the ones I already have)
DVDs of series I want and want to share with victims no, captive audiences no, friends (Dr Who, Torchwood, Bones, Castle, In Plain Sight, White Collar, etc)
Fabric for SCA garb
Beads!
wire and supplies for some wire weaving projects I want to do
Things I should probably do sometime before the end of the year:
Try, again, to read Lord of the Rings
Get my books sorted, organized and the ones I don't want to the FOTSPL (Friends) bookstore
Get caught up on bills all the way so I can use the tax return (crossing fingers I get one) on important stuff like presents for me, the Spaniard and the kids
Finish my fancy garb for SCA as well as some everyday stuff so I actually have more to wear than just the one dress
Finish the two large (and expensive) Japanese pattern cross-stitch patterns I bought at the beginning of the year.
Exercise!!!
Get some real posts in this Journal, instead of rambling lists of randomalia.
