Ouch
in pain today. ouch. Sunday i took the kids up to Sac to see Bub. i let Nan put together the cookie orders and when we got to Sac we found out that Bub's and Gumdrop's orders were both wrong, so i had to go back up on Monday with the right one. The rain was horrible and i now know first hand what hydroplaning and wet/no brakes feel like. luckily there were no crazy people and everyone was spacing far apart from eachother. i think i like traveling Hwy 99 much better than I-5.
anyway, yesterday, right hand, arm and elbow, left ankle and foot, head and whole trapezius(where i keep all my pet stress). today is both arms and left side trapezius right next to the scapula and my darn foot still hurts. it better be better by Wednesday. i hurt it the first dance class and it was better by the next Wed, but it must not have been as better as i thought, because it hurts like a b**ch again.
