Work sucked today.
I started out my day by being lectured about absences from before I was laid off, because apparently they still count. Several of them were not even accurate. They had me down for being absent after I was laid of. If I was laid off on the 26th of December and told "Tomorrow is your last day" then how can I possibly have been absent on the 28th?
I spent the rest of my shift daydreaming about quitting but telling myself that I need to keep this job to pay for college. By lunch time I had a migraine.
