Wishing I had context....
Thanks to NarutoFan.com, I just finished watching Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.
I really wish I'd played the series a bit more than version of the game that made it to NES (i.e. the guys from 8-bit Theater), because I would loved to have had some weight behind the scenes. It's proabaly one of the most visualy stunning movies I've ever seen, but man... it was SOOO not made for general audiences.
I'd like to thank Matt for cluing me in that this was something I should to see if I wanted to maintain my semi-leetness in the anime world:
