WTF? I haven't received any emails about this, or I didn't read it. =) Ok, I just read it. Well, that sucks. I don't mind paying the $9 rate. But do we really need it? Honestly, no one seems interested in coming to meetups except for us. But I could pay for a few months and see if there is growing interest. What do you think? I just checked again and if I don't pay the fee then they will remove me as organizer. Pfft.
I'm kind of torn. I partly for the cheapest route for all, but also for the having an easy way to meet new folks.
Hm... we are already having attendance issues from the "fellowship". It might worthwhile to explore other options. I know there's an LJ Houston group, maybe we need to see what they do. Hm...
