Nothing really new going on. I'm gonna have to get a lot of stuff done this weekend, but right now, there is nothing that needs to really be done. I'm am not looking forward to the weekend. Oh, I gotta read my stuff for Shakespeare. I can't put that off any longer

good luck finding a summer job! i need to get one myself, but as i've had, uhm, no prior job experience, my choices don't look too promising.

sankyuu. uhm, at the moment, the only places i know that are hiring are the gas station down the street (the hours are horrible) and the dry cleaners. but it was suggested i ask my friend's mom (who works in the library) if she could hook me up with a job. which would be great, cuz i like books and such. as long as i don't have to work with food, i'm good. XD (i did that for two days once, and it, uhh, didn't work out too well.)

I got my high school job through connections. It should work. I hope it does.

A library would be good. That's a good idea. I might look at the one by my house to see if they are hiring. I could walk there.^_^lol

I could never work with food. I can eat it as long as I don't know how it's made or what goes on. Darn, talking about food made me hungry. lol

oh, that would be nice. getting a job within walking distance would save gas and provide excercise. it would also give me another excuse not to learn how to drive, lol.

but yup, that was the idea. put simply, i will never look at ranch dressing the same way again. or salad bars.

Don't wanna drive? It's troublesome, but it got better after a while. For me at least. I went to a good and fun school though. We got brownies and naps.^_^ So, I had fun there.

same here. i was getting great exercise until i unlocked all the songs on DDR, and then i got bored. XD

oh, if only people would induce me to drive using brownies! and naps! i just had driver's ed right in my high school. all we did was watch traumatizing videos of gore and unhappiness and draw four-way stops on dry erase boards.

but it's not so much that i don't wanna drive as i just...suck. i'm a danger to society, lol. and on-coming traffic scares me. well, on-coming traffic and people on lawnmowers. people on lawnmowers are unpredictable.

Yay for DDR!!! Some of the best songs ever are DDR songs. I can't wait until we get the new machine in our mall.

We watched a few of those videos, but we still got to eat brownies. So, the gory effect was dimmed somewhat.

On-coming traffic is scary. Little kids playing in the neighborhood scare me too. I'm always afraid one of them will run out in front of me.

I'm kinda proud though cuz I just got good at parking a few months ago. I had sucked until then. It only took me like, what, 3 and a half years to learn to do it good. lol

oh, i forgot about kids. and people on bicycles. i always think they're going to suddenly forget everything they ever knew about balance and just plop over onto the road, right under my tires. (it's irrational, yes. but that's the stuff that gets to me.)

i just need to practice more, i think. (i was never any good at parking. or backing up. or not driving off the road...)

I always think people on bicycles are just gonna pop over and under my tires to. So, you're not the only one. My mom thinks that too.

Practice really does make perfect in the case of driving.........if you drive long enough. I'm still learning things and I've been driving for a few years.

that's what people keep telling me. my cousin went out of her way last summer to try and get me driving, and for a while, i got pretty good at it. then i got out of the habit. part of the problem is that i'm just that lazy, lol.
