NEPHELE
Nephele was a cloud nymph in Greek mythology created to act as a decoy for an unwanted suitor of Hera's and as such, she is known as the Doppelganger Goddess. After the suitor was foiled, Nephele couldn't be unmade and wandered around Olympus crying. Zeus got so fed up with constant weeping that Zeus married her off to the stupidest king on Earth who eventually divorced her for another woman. Eventually, Hera brought her back to Olympus to work in the stables filling the horse troughs with her tears.

Notes: The above picture is an approximation of what Nephele looks like in her most solid and defined form. Nephele's appearance is subject to a lot of variation because Lilly herself is on the malleable side. When she's humanoid, she appears like a girl made from fluffy white clouds most of the time. In terms of color, Nephele is subject to the same changes clouds have - she can a bright, fluffy white or differing shades of gray, some light and some dark. Otherwise, she takes on the hue of whatever lighting she happens to be in. When Lilly is attacked, physically, she dissipates into a light mist swirling in the air around her. When Lilly is attacked with magic, Nephele protectively envelops her in dense, cocoon-like cloud, and visibly darkens.
Nephele attacks by turning parts of herself into forceful streams of water. The more powerful the attack, the more of her body is consumed by the spell. During her most powerful attacks, Nephele will completely turn into a flood of water before evaporating, condensing, and re-solidifying back into humanoid form. When attacking with magic, Nephele shifts color to a very dark gray and gradually brightens to white during the spell casting's duration.
Because Nephele's form is an amorphous cloud, she can shift her appearance at will to some extent. For example, she can give herself ghostly, wraith-like features but will always retain a misty, cloud-like appearance.
