Happy new year to you as well dear Sarah, may it be brighter than before. Yes, I am taking it step by step, if ever I overslept I don't regret it and consider it extra time for good sleep. Excatly! That is why I do workout right 3 hours before I go to sleep. If it wasn't for the shower that I take afterward I would have slept right away. But I have to wait 30. Min to cool down, then shower for 30 min and wait another hour to let the hair dry. It's okay, since you are still new at this you can go easy. And that you, actually, you can get more done. Yes, I did the challenge yesterday but the stretch workout, no. I'll do it today with the workout. What's the (Fat Burn Flat Ab)?! Is it in the calender?! Cause I haven't checked it yet.

Oh, that one! Those are paid which is why I never do them. You have to pay something like a dollar to the calender then get that workout. I think it's okay to skip just that since we are doing 5 videos one day, don't you think?!
Okay! I skipped them too. And I know I said that I'll do perfect 10 Abs instead. But I didn't do it in the end. I happy that I survived the first week. Let us kill week two, Insha' Allah.

I oversleep in winter so it's okay to do so.
