January's workout is a-maa-zinnng!
Just love it!
I'm liking all the cardio this month (my favorite) the whole workout lasts one hour including the ab challenge, when I do cardio I don't run out of breath, my heart don't pump up until 30 min and I do the whole thing without any break! Not even for a minute. This is a big deal for me, last year when I used to do cardio, my heart will beat fast after 5 min. get our of breath after 10 min. and when the whole thing is done I'll have a light asthma for like 15 min. Back then it used to be tough but now even my face didn't turn red. It's awesome!
I have this problem in my chest, I can't breath proparly becaue of my asthma sometimes. When I was a kid I used to go to the hopital a lot for oxygen treatment, it caused me a lot of troubles specially in school. Then I decided to take care of it using home remedies cause I wanted it to be as natural as possible.
I read a lot about it online till I got it in control, working out was one of the big factors that helped a lot. My lungs were very tired last year cause they have something like a cough in the bronchia, 2 days before the end of the year I was nervous & thinking a lot which made me have a light asthma at night by the moring of the next day I was at my limit and couldn't breath anymore. I didn't have any inhaler that time, I stopped using it 6 months ago. It was an emergency and I had to go for an oxygen session. I had to take some medicine to clear the cough out and I must say ever since then I've seen my best days. My breathing got a lot better, like for real. I can workout a lot, more than an hour, breath properly and all. Seems like I had it all that time and it caused me all that trouble from now I'll watch our for my health even more.
Cassey is amazing as ever, her workout this month is cool as always. I remember when I first started doing it, had no idea or whatsoever about exersice, when I did the first one my whole body was sooooore for the whole day. I got scared and thought I did something wrong, maybe it's not for me?! Maybe I hurt myself?! I won't do it! I wanted to be better not damage myself. When I read about it online I knew that it was from not moving for a long time, or due to the lactic acid in the muscles. So, I kept on going, I wanted to kill her sometimes because at first I'm dying, out of breath looking at her amazingly how she doesn't just work out hard but talks too when she does! How in the world can you do that?! Now after a year from working out with her I can breath and talk too while working out. It's all about practice, keeping up and patience.
Pilates for me is more than body image, I mean sure I wanna look great but when you look at the other things you can get it will please you for sure. Ever since last year I got more energetic, positive, physically and mentally strong. My confidence is getting high too but if anything I want it to be just like her. I mean, look here, she doesn't care what people will think about her recording a workout in the middle of the street or wherever she is. Now that's saying something.
Her whole story is so inspiring, I love they way she makes video then talk on pushing you to the limit, don't stop, don't stop, keep on going, you can make it! Whenever I see her on the screen I feel like she's here with me and I'm not doing it alone. Nobody at home is interested in sports, it's okay but whenever you have a partner then it's fun to do. Today, I had another cardio dance, it's my favrotie one to her song (BodyPop). Ever since I saw the video I wanted to dance to it and today my wish was granted. Okay, so that was about my workout and how I'm doing so far. Moving to the story behid the title. Getting active in making plushies is in my resolution this year. Since I love challenges and I'm doing one in my workout right now I thought why not have one with felt creations too?! I mean at least I'll have something to pump me up. I'll have a challenge of making 20 projects this month. I think the number is fine, neither that much nor that little. 20 I can do, if the exact then it's great, if less still okay and I'll do my best next month and if I do more even by just one then I think it'll be the best. I'll keep each project in a seprate post even if I do them in the same day just to count them out, by the end of the month I'll know how many I made for real.
