Dismaying drivers
So, I'm exiting the toll gate of the Dulles Toll Road this morning, and a woman in a Honda Civic roars past me and nearly clips my car, because she's so frantic to cut me off and get to the highway lane first. So I beep my horn at her, to let her know I'm there and not to hit me, and because I'm annoyed...and she FLIPS ME OFF. What is wrong with people around here?
I'm feeling OK today. I'd probably be perkier if the weather weren't gray, damp and cold, but I'm doing all right. That's not bad, considering the roller coaster I've been on the last few weeks. Those who wish details of my ongoing health saga may read the blog entry prior to this one. I will repeat only one quote: "Blogs are a form of post-modern group therapy." I think that's pretty good, myself.
