Things to do/buy before I leave for London:
passport
tickets
hotel
travelers' checks
hot pink sweater (because my friends and I have Plans)
haircut
manicure
travel size grooming products
large box of Emergen-C (excellent for hangovers and jet lag)
Airborne
prepaid cell or intl. calling card
electrical adapter
pay bills (mostly done with this)
call credit card companies (so they won't block purchases that suddenly start coming from overseas, should I have to make any)
new jeans
iPod? just a little one. I've been wanting one anyway. This is a maybe purchase.

I think I'm doing pretty well with this list.
In exactly one week at this time I will be at the airport, waiting for my flight to London. I can't believe it. It's really going to happen.
