A piece of paper, covered in notes, as seen lying on the coffee table.
- I don't know where you've gone off to, Holmes, but you are meant to be resting right now!
-JW
- I have a case. And should you be working with that leg of yours, Doctor?
-SH
-My leg is hardly of any concern. You, on the other hand, were shot. Asking for two days rest is not overmuch.
-JW
-Oh, yes, because being shot is so much less an issue than being caught in an explosion. My apologies for the confusion.
-SH
-Sarcasm noted. What is this case, and do you ever plan to be home to fill me in about it?
-JW
- I was not sure you would like to join me after the last adventure. Let alone be interested in the details.
-SH
-It will take more than a group of murdering antique thieves to scare me off, dear chap. That is, if you would still have me?
-JW
-I would be delighted for the company. The case revolves around a missing glass rose.
-SH
-When do you plan to be around to tell me in person?
-JW
-If you worked nights, I would all ready have seen you.
-SH
-If I worked nights I would be a vampire!
-Vampire? Vampires are boring.

Additional Notes:
Well, if you've read through this story, 'The case of the Antique Massacre,' Thank you! We've had a good ride. Yes, I'm ending it now having only covered 6 of the possible 7 Amnesty prompts. Why? First: I don't know whose sandbox would fit into this story, second: I like the idea of an even 20 chapters.
I've had no beta, and a lot of these have been written in a hurry. I'm sure you noticed, and my apologies.
Its not a matter of prize or praise that I decided to write for the July writing prompts (All though I do like comments, I really do!), but for the challenge. I struggle to keep a schedule, and I did here too, but ultimately, I've made the deadline! Added challenges that I personally took an were in making these prompts into one continuous story and writing them all in 221B format. It was fun!
Fun facts about this story. Take out my rambling notes and the story itself is 9061 words long. This makes for a total of 41 221B's over the course of 20 chapters. This is easily the longest story I've written chapter wise, though not in word count. Not a surprise, I think you all know by now that I like to ramble!
