Vintage southwest turquoise & silver rings

So, here's the deal. I bought these from a friend of mine to help her out - her mom was in the hospital in another state and not expected to survive, and she didn't have the money to get up there. The mom *did* survive and is recovering nicely if you're curious, yay! BUT this style isn't really my thing, and now I'M trying to get some $ together to go on vacation.
